Often we have awareness days where we talk about important things, but after the day is over we stop the conversation.
Here, you’ll find links to Mental Health services and support groups in both the Annapolis Valley and throughout the province.
Our hope with this page is to keep the conversation going, and to help link people to the local resources they need.
Keep the conversation going…

Do you care for a child or adult with autism? Would you like to meet with other parents and caregivers to share your experiences? Join us on the second Tuesday* evening of every month (during the school year), for coffee and a chat!
*NOTE THE DAY CHANGE. WE’RE TRYING SOMETHING NEW — MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR THE SECOND TUESDAY OF THE MONTH.
We’ve set this event up as a repeating event, so you’ll notice that multiple dates are listed; parents will be required to RSVP each month. We appreciate RSVPs a minimum of 12 hours in advance of each meeting. Thank you!
